What Steps Should We Take to Get the House Ready for the Photo Shoot?

1.       The home should at the very least appear very tidy, clean and well-maintained.

2.       Clean all the countertops so the house looks spacious and welcoming.

3.       Take out the trash bins that are on display. It’s a big help to make the house look cleaner.

4.       Bring on the natural lights and check on every lighting fixture and see if all are working.

5.       Stage the house with good plants and home accessories.

 
 


For Interior

1.       Clean all countertops

2.       Vacuum carpets and polish floors.

3.       Make sure the windows are all clean.

4.       Clean the bathroom and stage it nicely.

5.       Put indoor plants. They bring good mood.

6.       Store toys, seasonal décor, remote and chargers.

7.       Make sure furniture are organized and straighten.

8.       Hide electrical cords and extension cords.

9.       Change linens and rugs.

10.   Remove excess furnishings that could be unnecessary in photoshoot.

11.   Remove refrigerator magnets.

12.   Hide used soap and organize open shelves.

13.   Try to put some books on living room as décors.

14.   Store clothing and shoes.

15.   Close toilet lids.



 

For Exterior

1.       Park the vehicles away from the house.

2.       Check on landscaping. Trim the grass and rake up leaves.

3.       Remove all visible trashes, dead plants etc.

4.       Clean all the windows or glass doors.

5.       Remove any debris around the house.

6.       Keep all the hoses tidy.

7.       Keep outdoor tools, seasonal decors and others like bikes in your storage.

8.       Clean outdoor furniture.
